Dean's watch changes throughout the seasons. Currently it's an MTM watch, and is the Black Patriot model. For Supernatural's 4th season he wears it with the velcro band, however in previous seasons he has worn it with the metal links band.

He has a Suunto Advizor (or Vector) is season 5, at least when I started noticing it. This is the same as used by Stargate actors ever since RDA asked them if he could wear one. Also worn by me of course just a few km from Suunto themselves here in Finland.

Dean loves his brother Sammy most of all, but in an older brother sort of way. He loves his parents, Bobby and Castiel. He had love for Jo and Ellen, and he seems to have love for Charlie in a brotherly sort of way.

No. Although there were episodes, where demons possessed Sam, he is not a demon. The possessed people are only vessels. And although Lucifer possessed him at the end of the last season, he is an Angel. An Angel in the vessel of a demon seems a little unnatural.

The subconscious associates Sam and Dean from Supernatural as someone who can help in a terrifying situation (aka nightmare). Also their likely infatuation with either of the "Winchesters" is a factor.

Shown in season 7 of Supernatural, Leviathan was not a demon spirit. They are a semi-hive like group of monsters that Castiel inadvertantly released from Purgatory. Having been imprisoned in Purgatory by God to protect the rest of creation, their physical bodies had died (or been killed), and they existed only as soul-like beings (their creation predating souls, they have different powers and are not constrained by the rules by which other monsters, humans, angels, and demons are held). As soul-like beings without an anchor in the physical world, they had to occupy a body or (potentially) return to Purgatory. This is demonstrated by Castiel, with Sam, Dean, and Bobby's help, sending most of the Leviathan back to Purgatory, while an unknown number hold on and escape in the water catchment. Sam sends the remainder back when he destroys the leader, Dick Roman.
