The older definition of a "generation" (the average interval between the birth of an individual and the birth of its offspring) was 20 or 25 years.

However, genealogical studies have revealed that this is too simplistic and can result in large inaccuracies during statistical calculation.

it wont break. I've done it a million times. It doesnt do anything to your tamagotchi and if your tamagotchi's batteries die, then all you have to do is put new batteries in and instead of pressing reset, you press download. Does that answer your question?

i think you can but in ver. 4.5 you can't get her i have not got her in v6 but i always try

press B(diagrams below) hold A and C until the date flashes, change the time with A and B

if you have a v4, then avoid snacks.

when your tamas unhappy, try to avoid snacks and mostly play games. this will keep it from gaining a lot of weight.

also play jumping rope A LOT!! if you get to 30 then you lose about 3 lbs. if you get to around 20-25 then you lose 2 lbs.

keep doing this. it might sound like it takes a long time but after you do this 5 times, you should have lost anywhere to 10-15 lbs (if your good).

I have been told the times are: 10am, 3pm and 7pm. This will happen around age 7 or 8.

I have a tamagotchi v6 music star and when mine was 5 i wanted the matchmaker to come. so

i set the date forward a day or two and put the time as 12:28pm. then i waited 2 minutes and when it was 12:30 someone knocked on the door. i answered it and it was a tama character shaped as a guitar. he brought in another tama character and asked marry? the two options were yes or no. i chose yes. then the curtains closed and their were fireworks and then there was my tama, my tamas wife and an egg. then the egg hatched. i don't think you get to name the hatched tama or see whether its a boy or girl until the parents leave after 24 hours. also i wanted to see if i went back to the actual time would the baby and wife disappear? so i set it back to the actual time and day but they were still there. so once you have done this you cant change it.

get something large and flat (knife, cake cutter?) and scoop it gently out. replace it with your new battery

You should maybe reset if it dosent work then if you have a tamagotchi but you reset it press download and wait til it dies if none works then take out the battery and put back in if not then your out of luck

Well it depends on how good you take care of it.

If you take very good care of it then it will die at the age of about a normal age of death.

If you don't take care of it then it will die on the day that it needs medicine or food.

It can even die when the room is filled with poo.

If the time comes for your Tama to have their job interview and doesn't qualify for any job just yet, don't worry! Just earn some more skill points, by eating special foods like melons or pineapples, or playing games. When they are more educated, they will have a better chance of getting their job.

There are two holes with buttons in them on the back of the tamagotchi. The bottom one resets the tamagotchi. The top one opens the battery cover. You need something small enough to fit in the hole(like a paperclip, toothpick, etc.) Press the button and then you will be able to slide the battery cover off.

There is no simple answer to the question. People are different and so the ideal weight for one person may not be ideal for another. my little sis has a v5 tamagotchi and it took 10 mins max but it depends on different verisions you see because i have a v4 and its not hatched and is been over a day
