I do not believe so, since he is in hell. Hell is the absence of God, and since God is love, I would guess no one can love in hell. Thus he would use people instead of love (use is the opposite of love).

Now lets say Satan can love; why would he want to? Loving is an act of God.

The scriptures do not state that the devil has/had a wife. It is doubtful that he does, as the scriptures do tell us that in heaven we will be like angels neither marrying nor giving in marriage.

The expression you state "The devil is beating his wife" is an expression referring to a lot of thunder being heard.

Persuading people to doubt God's word, and His motives, and leading them into the delusion that they can be lord over their own life (as gods) and the world will be better for it (Genesis 3)
