No. The Duggars follow a conservative Christian practice called "Courtship". When the older children find someone they might be interested in marrying, they get to know them by talking to each other, but never going "out" on a date. With courtship one doesn't date until they find someone to marry, they find someone to marry and then get to know them. They always have friends or family members come chaparone if they leave the house. They don't do more than hold hands (i.e. no kissing) until after marriage.
