yes there will be a sequel. it will be a sequel of three movies.
Yes, they are. It is slated to come out in 2012.
M Night Shyamalan, director and producer of the first, has announced that he will begin a second, but due to the firsts extremely poor critical reception it may not go ahead as initially planned.
It isn't related. James Cameron's Avatar is a movie that is completely different from the cartoon: Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The plots are totally different. The only related thing is the name.
The only thing the same is the name Avatar, in James Cameron's movie the Avatar refers to Internet avatars, which, as some people may know, are things that are shaped to become like you (can be animals, humans, elves etc.) in almost every way.
i think at first he is a commander. he challenges Zuko to an Ag Ni Kai in the southern air temple episode. he became admiral in The Blue Spirit and captured Aang but Zuko helped him escape. he was taught by master Jhon Jhon (i cant spell his name). he tried to kill Zuko and tried to launch an attack on the Northern Water Tribe. he got killed by Avatar Aang when he was in the Avatar State. so he was only in the first series
Suki is the eldest of the young female village warriors of the Earth Kingdom's Kyoshi Island, in charge of training the younger warriors. She began her training when she was only 8 years old. She is highly adept with war fans, and also seems to possess some skill with the sword. She is strong enough to swim in full armor. Even though Suki is a tough fighter, she is still very caring and gentle, and even has feelings for Sokka.

Aang is biologically 12, but technically, he's 112 years old.
Aang is 12 years old.
At the starting of the series he is 12, but he gets older later in the fire series.
He is technically twelve years but since he was frozen in an iceberg for a hundred years, he is actually a hundred and twelve. He matures nearer the end of the series - we see him get stronger (physically and emotionally) and he gets some sexy muscles, ;).
It will be released in the year 2013 around July or June "Avatar: Rosen's Hero" is the sequel to "Avatar: Last Air Bender"
M. Night Shamalyan isn't making a second part to The Last Airbender, however he is making a The Legend of Korra movie that comes out in 2015.
Jesse McCartney was originally cast to play in the live action version of The Last Airbender, but was replaced by Dev Patel. The official reason he left was due to scheduling conflicts.

The director of The Last Starfighter was Nick Castle.
You probably don't want to hear this, but I'd say netflix. It costs money I know. But, its like $10 and totally worth it. You can order movies and they also have all three seasons available to watch on your computer so you don't have to order them in the mail. I love netflix :P

I watched all the episodes on kisscartoon, but that site has been unavailable lately. Now I have the three season box set on DVD that I watch all the time. Got it from WalMart for about $30.
I don't know when they are, but it's still in script development, and is said to be released in 2010. They start filming mid this year. For months now I have been trying to search for when and where they are held, but because i live in australia, i will probably have to send a tape in. But good luck to you.
The font used for "The Last Airbender", the chapter's name, and the end credits it's called Herculanum.
"The Last Airbender" is 103 minutes or 1 hour and 43 minutes in length .
no. i don't know where that got started in the first place but its not. just because the main characters are white does not mean its racist and about the rumor that director put all of the black try outs in a folder labeled "other" is not true either. if you guys think that the movie is racist take a look at the show there's not one black person in there. all you people who think the movie is racist obviously have no idea what racism is.
'The Last Airbender' is due to be released on July 2nd 2010. The film dropped the 'Avatar' portion of it's name, to avoid confusion with James Cameron's film of the same name released in 2009.
Well Noah Ringer is from the American Taekwondo Association which teaches Songahm Taekwondo.

Toph is not in the first installation of the Avatar trilogy. She will be introduced in the second film.
-Danny Duignan; the 2nd user-
The asker knows that, you moron. Notice the asker said "in The Last Airbender 2; II; Two; Dose". Can you read, the asker is asking didn't ask if Toph's in the first movie, the asker asked who's going to be Toph in the 2nd movie.
@ The Asker: sorry, it hasn't been announched yet who Toph will be. But it should be someone Asian, as the Earth Kingdom is Asian in The Last Airbender.
Shyamalan's logic on that point is fundamentally flawed. The Airbenders were clearly styled after buddhist monks. Buddhist monks are Asian. Sokka's fencing instructer told him "Li" would be a good alias in the Fire Kingdom, because "there are a ton of those runnung around." Li is a largely Chinese name, and last I checked, makes the Fire Nation also Asian. The only Non-Asians are the Water Bender Tribes, and Inuit/Eskimo is pretty much the in between for Asians and the other Native Americans, at least the North American tribes. It's a little late to worry about getting the races right.
No.
The actress (if any) hasn't been released yet. There is a rumor that says that Aang will not be trained in the skill of earthbending by Toph at all, but Long Feng. Apparantly, M.Night Shamalan (or however you spell his last name) has cut her out of the movie all together.
One week after Fire Avatar Roku died after an explosive volcano eruption, Aang was born. The monks have Aang to choose four toys out of thousand of toys. Then Aang chose the Elemental Toys, each from the Air, Water, Earth and Fire. The toys which Aang picked was the toys that the previous Avatars had picked too. And, at the age of 12, the youngest so far, Aang got his Airbender tattoos, which marking him as an Airbending master and developed a new Airbending move. But the Council of Five wanted Aang to go to the Eastern Air Temple to even pursue becoming the Avatar. But Aang fled with his Sky Bison Appa. They got caught in a storm and they were pushed into the ocean by its waves. Fortunately, Aang unknowingly triggered his Avatar State. With that, he made an air sphere which covered him and Appa. The sphere got near the Southern Water Tribe which made the air sphere frozen. That was for 100 years.
It's okay to disobey the chain of command that you have agreed to follow if you disagree with them for morale reasons.
It is also okay to kill anyone blindly following those orders regardless of what their personal feeling may be.
