If Medli ever gets captured go to the main room were the giant head is and play the Command Melody and then press A to fly over the jail bars.
i only watch my brothers play but i still know alot. you can try looking at maps or sea charts online. i have a game guide that came with a giant sea chart and it shows you where everything is in the map ex) a certain piece of heart or empty boole will be pointing to where ever or what island has it. also the map looks exactly like the sea chart when youre at sea only with alot more. No. You need the Power Bracelets to lift it up and throw it, or the Skull Hammer to smash it.
Power Bracelets are inside Fire Mountain (which is directly below Dragon Roost Island). You need ice arrows to get inside. To get ice arrows, warp into the Mother and Child isle to get them. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you probably haven't gotten far enough.

after reiceving the deilevery bag talk with medli in the uper part of the house she will give you a letter, give that letter to prince komali and exit to the room whre is a giant stone help medli entering the temple grab her and trow it to the broken ladder NOTE:before trowhing medli make sure that the wind is to the nort and trow her from the ledge in there. she will werad you with an empty bottle now where the rock is use the bottle to grab some water, spray it en the dead bomb flower and it will revive trow the bomb flower into the rock to a giant level of water come. swin trough the water to reach the broken ladder. now the final setep to enter the temple is trowing a bomb flower into the pots that the statues hold after this the statues will fall making you a way into the temple entrace
