Ive known people that make it so miserable for someone they want to leave. I know others that got the police involved, if there is violence or the such. I think if the relationship is over that it should be done fairly and items distributed equally. You must file for a separation or divorce and state clearly your reasons, not that this person doesnt already know them. Of course, this all depends on the maturity level of all involved and there may be particular circumstances that it happens immediately. In most states, the courts have to be involved for it to be legal. People shouldn't just kick someone out on the street with no where to live. I would give this person a reasonable amount of time after you file to be out and if they don't then have them removed.

NO the sims 3 doesnt have pets! Yet anyway! I think they might put pets available for download at The Sims 3 Store if they decide to add Pets to The Sims 3. The Sims 2 Pets has sold over 6 million copies worldwide so i think they may take it into consideration about adding Pets and maybe other animals into the game.

What I did was

You click Ctrl = Shift = C which brings up the cheat menu, then you type in this : boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

then you hold down shhift key click on somone and click spawn, then you clock on tombstone L & D

then you click add family member and you search for who died. This worked for me on every sims game I have. If it doesnt work theres something wrong with the game!

note: there will be nothing wrong with your game if it want let you... if your sim dies on another lot this dosent work. just a warning like
