Why do people eat tortilla wraps instead of normal bread?
They're much lighter and have a great texture.
Extremely versatile too
No, rabbits can't eat tortillas. Rabbits shouldn't eat prepared "human" foods at all. Rabbits can't eat any animal products (meat, eggs, dairy), processed grains (including wheat and corn), starches, sugars, salts, or artificial and "natural" flavourings.
Aside from their commercial rabbit pellets, bunnies should eat whole foods: hay and fresh leafy greens. As a treat they can have small amounts of fresh fruit or vegetable, or whole grains (like oat groats -- this does NOT include oatmeal, rolled oats, or "whole grain" bread or other products made from whole grains -- just the whole grain itself, the groat).
See the related question below about a good rabbit diet.

First get the tortilla and cut them into 1/4 inch strips. Heat the stove at medium level. Get a 3 quart saucepan and put it on top of it. Pour in the vegetable oil. You have to fry the tortilla until they become crispy and change in color to brown. Once done, remove them immediately. op a clean plate with paper towels and then drain the strips.
Now put the saucepan with oil and put it back to the stove. Add the chopped onion and start cooking it for about 2 minutes. Stir it frequently. Add the Chile and garlic after that. Do corn tortillas have sugar in them?
From what I can tell, some of them have sugar and some don't. Be careful and check labels if you can.
It's an interesting question because corn itself does contain sugar. And corn flour also has some sugar. So, frankly, I don't believe the labels that have 0 sugar. I use CalorieKing.com to find nutritional information.
How do you make corn flour for tortilla chips?
1) Grow the corn.
2) Dry the corn.
3) Grind the corn into flour.
Step 3 is obviously the tough one. If you are using a grindstone, or industrial equipment, you should remove the kernels from the corn before you grind it. If not, leave the kernels on, and run them up and down a stone surface to get a coarse grind, and use a mortar and pestle for a finer grind.
Can you eat tortilla during passover?
It depends which kind of tortilla we're talking about.
If you mean a Mexican tortilla (meaning a soft flatbread made of corn meal or wheat), the answer is no. If you're craving those during Passover, our family makes a Pesadic version by rolling cheese and vegetables up into a carefully soaked matzah.
If, however, you meant a Spanish tortilla (meaning an omelet with potatoes and cheese ) then yes! We often make these ourselves during Passover.
