Names I find creative you might not find creative. A lot of users make names out of things they love such as bands or TV shows. Use things you like to make a name. If the one you want is already taken try adding hyphens (-)

I think you're talking about a "chibi" if I'm correct, then you make them. People draw them on paint or photoshop or use apps. If you find someone on Tumblr who draws them a lot of people will take requests if you do something for them and draw you one.

One good Tumbler URL for a 13 year old girl would be Tweenie. You could also name is something like Princess13. You do not want to put your actual name in the URL.

Tumblr does say more followers than you cam count on your followers list because it takes time to update.
