Solid wood is supposed to have a better sound then laminate wood and the Cordoba is solid, while the Ohana is a laminate. The Tenor is larger than the concert. I know there are some videos of the Ohana on youtube, so you may want to look them up. I couldn't locate the Cordoba.
My gut would be to go with the Cordoba, but I've already got a Tenor and don't have a Concert size. But the solid wood would be a big factor in my book.
