in pokemon indigo you have to go skydiving and battle 50 trainers the map skydiving is hidden go in it and you will be in a sky and you will find much legendary pokemon like: Moltres, Mew , Mewtwo, Articuno and when you fine all 4 legendarys logoff and you will have this thing to come up and it wil say hack indigo press yes and this thing is gonna come up and type what hack you want

there is no couse you beat all leaders so your a king now you can capture all legendaries like palkia,dialga,giratinaand the king pokemon arceus

If it's a TM move, not possible, unless you get the same TM. For a naturally learned attack, go to Pastoria City and there will be a house in the middle of town with the move tutor. You need to give him a Heart Scale and he'll reteach a move you select for a certain pokemon. Heart Scales can be obtained underground.
