to get it on Pokemon indigo you need to get all the hoenn badge's ,all the indigo badges and all the johto badges after you have done that you have to click on maps then go to viridian city and look about and you should find a girantina and trust me it is not a cheat on Pokemon pearl,diamond and platinum and you need to have all the badges then in a cave there will be a girantina at the end sorry i cant remember which one hope this comes useful.......bye
