The best Pokemon is your favorite Pokemon. So if you like starters then whatever starter is your favorite is the best. It is the best cause you will love it and raise it. But if you don't believe in that then I would say that the best Pokemon in indigo is either Rayquaza, Machamp, Charizard, Feraligatr, Torterra, Raichu, Golem, or Altaria. All are best at level 100 but some are fairly good at level 75+.

It isn't the evolved form of shaymin it is the same Pokemon. To get it you trade your ordinary land form shaymin to Pokemon platinum and it changes into sky form.

Only problem is Pokemon platinum dosent come out in England until next December.

The same way you do on all other Pokemon games you battle them then catch them or you explore places and there will be an actual rare Pokemon just standing there then you will have to battle it (don't kill it ) just get ist life bar down to red then trow a pokeball at it and there you have a rare Pokemon

You have to have the Pokemon who knows Mean Look first in your party. Go to route 37. Raikou will most likely not be there already but each time you go under the arch to Ecruteak and back to 37 he moves. Keep on going back and forth till he is aligned with you on Route 37. Then go in the grass and start running. He should appear if you followed my other solutions. When he appears use Mean Look. He cant escape. Use a medium power move so his health is in far yellow or red. Then continue using false swipe. The good thing about false swipe is you cant kill them, it will always leave them with at least 1 hp!
