Red seals and serial numbers were the standard colors used on United States Notes from 1928 until they were discontinued in the late 1960s.

However, US Notes were issued for over a century so more information is needed. Please post a new and separate question with the bill's date and what letter, if any, appears next to the date. You do not have to provide the serial number as that doesn't usually affect a bill's value or help to ID it.

Unless they're from the first part of the 20th century, they really wouldn't have any extra value versus their individual prices. For that, you need to know their dates and whether they've been in circulation or not.

Your bill sounds like it might have a "flipover" error. My advice would be to have it examined in person by someone who deals with error currency because auction values can exceed $300.

Bills are printed in multiple steps on large sheets of paper. A flipover error can happen if someone accidentally feeds a sheet in the press upside-down and/or backwards.
