Yes, Adrian and Rose do develop a romantic relationship in the Vampire Academy book series. Their relationship goes through ups and downs, but they do have a significant connection throughout the story.

it depends on which edition you have. the one that i have is as follows.

Vampire academy: Rose

Frostbite: Rose and i believe its Dimitri (its a bit dark to really tell)

Shadow kiss: Rose

Blood promise: Rose (even though she has her eyes shut)

Spirit bound: Definitely Rose and Dimitri

Last Sacrifice: Obviously Rose

Yes Dimitri is made into a strigoi in the 3rd or 4th book. In the 5th book Rose finds a way to turn him back but it involves Lissa using spirit and learning to fight, which Rose isn't happy about at all. Dimitri is eventually turned back without bonding to Lissa like Rose. He doesn't quite act the same though.

The Police Academy series ended with seven films because of declining box office returns and waning interest from audiences. The studio decided not to continue the franchise with an eighth installment due to the diminishing popularity of the films.

I don't know when they will start making it but I heard that it should be released in 2013.

Well, Vampire Academy might be made into a movie, the company has the rights to make it into a movie, and have already chosen the cast. So it looks ilk it will.
