I think yes because he sometimes acts different like if he is jealous when Zero is around. And also, in the manga ( i forgot the chapter), once, Seiren told him that he was jealous because Zero spends more time with Yuuki than him.

its completely obvious that kaname doesnt end up with yuki

because what story does the king end up with the princess i mean that's just wrong

WARNING SPOILER but when yuki becomes a vampire she is argueably a queen because shes a pureblood. plus a queen in chess is kickass she can move like all the pieces apart from the knight. the knight is the only one who stands a chance at killing the queen without the queen being able to attack him. A special relationship between knight and queen perhaps?

it is really sad but they never did show kaname and yuki kiss in the anime. i was really looking forward to it but it never happened

Kaname is the first name and onii-sama is an affectionate form of endearment to an older brother same with onii-chan though the latter is addressed in a playful way

Yes, in the anime Yuuki and Kaname kiss. I think Zero and Yuuki almost kiss, but then they get interrupted or something. I'm not sure what happens in the manga, I heard they both kiss Yuuki in it.
