I think the difference between a succubus vampire and a real vampire is that a vampire just wants to eat you and drink your blood. A succubus it like practically has sex with u or lures you into wanting her badly then right in the middle she kills u and drinks ur blood.

Your typical vampire has a re-animated dead body that it has to maintain by drinking blood. Not only does the vampire gain nutrition by drinking blood but also it steals life-force at the same time.

A succubus (the female variety of an incubus) does not have a physical body but is a creature of pure spirit. It only steals life-force as it has no need of any physical nutrients. She comes upon her male victim while he is sleeping and induces in him an erotic dream. It is via this dream that she is able to steal life-force.

The bat makes a wound by biting, and then licks the blood. Whereas a vampire bites into a jugular vein, and sucks it out. Another key difference is that Vampires are not a species like the vampire bat is but rather a mutation caused by a virus, which is the best explanation I've been able to find, which also explains why vampires can't have children but are able to infect others with vampirism. I do not think that simply being bitten by one is enough to infect you, but you must drink vampiric tainted blood. Otherwise there would be millions of vampires by now.

It depends. There are many different types of vampires with different weaknesses and different enemies. Sometimes it's werewolves (for popular fantasy vampire) , sometimes it's God or men of faith (for the traditional satanic vampire), sometimes it's just humans in general (for the "modern" vampire).

Personally, I think that a vampire's worst enemy is [permanent] death, since the traditional excuse for becoming a vampire is a fear of dying/Final Judgment and because the enemies listed above are a vampire's enemies because they can kill them.
