it depends on the vampire and how old they are. if there younger and they don't have as much self control and they feel like there's danger they will become protective. if there young then they might but if they have more self control then they are more likely not to. it also depends on how angry or how much trouble there in. the snarling is a way of showing power. it says stay away to the predators

Being a werepyre, I can determine quite few. (I posted and answered this question for the public. I do my best to determine signs of being a vampire, since i also have to do with lycanthropy, and I'm still young)

You will become more pale. You will become oddly strong and fast, no matter what, if you work out a lot or not, bref, you won't get out of shape. You will also have a more mature and serious attitude. Don't forget your teeth, they will slightly grow sharper, but it won't be anything of EXTRAORDINARY. There's also my guess that you will have a quite unique/unusual hair color. You might have better than average senses, but some can be like any other humans'. Might be, more will edit ;)
