Why has the representation of vampires has changed over the years?

that's a great question, but first, i should clarify my point of veiw. by 'representation' I'm assuming you mean the humans way of percieving vampires? Assuming I am correct, I'll continue... to the scientist, the vampire most likely started out as a diabetic, or a person with diabetes. back then they had no treatment whatsoever for diabetes. All they could do was wait. The one who was inflicted with this desease started out feeling very faint. they would sleep in the daytime and stay awake througout the night. then, after a while, their blood sugar would start to get dangerously low. they started becoming bottomless pits, eating live chicken if they had to. The parents would soon become afraid of the child and lock them up. Due to the lack of blood sugar and sunlight, they would turn an unearthly ivory skintone. If this child somehow got free of their imprisonment, they would terrorize villages, eat all the fowl, or maybe settle for something a bit bigger. Hence started the vampire. I'm not saying this is what i believe, but it is a researched "fact" which almost always prove to be incorrect. The second version of vampires is the one of them being immortal, and needing blood to servive. this is where count Dracula in his Romanian castle came in. People were intruged by the myth of the vampire and started getting deeper. They created stories of immortal brutal blood drinkers whom seduced their prey easily. and so on and so forth. I believe the human eye percieves things differently throught generations because we get so in depth with them, we start to think of these killers of old as beautiful deadly creatures Hope this helped! :P

Can a vampire go to heaven?

Sure why not. At least in the Bible, there is no prohibition against vampires going to heaven. The Bible says only one thing keeps people out of heaven. And that is by dying in unbelief. If anyone dies "rejecting" God in their hearts - they get sent to Satan's hell. That is what the Christian Bible tells us. God wants everyone to go to heaven (II Peter 3:9) and John 3:16 is very clear about Jesus dying for EVERYBODY - no exceptions. God is not prejudiced at all. Galatians 3:28

On the other hand, since Vampires in the literature are typically unrepentant murderers, another Christian perspective is that they would not go to Heaven. Even in the Twilight version of Vampires, if you can't die, you wouldn't be able to go to heaven. Luckily, since vampires do not actually exist, it is unlikely to ever come up.

It is said vampires exist but some say it is all false, they is a disease called vampire disease, the proper name for it is Porphyrias.

Porphyrias are a group of inherited or acquired disorders of certain enzymes in the heme bio-synthetic pathway (also called porphyrin pathway). They are broadly classified as acute (hepatic) porphyrias and cutaneous (erythropoietic) porphyrias, based on the site of the overproduction and accumulation of the porphyrins (or their chemical precursors). They manifest with either neurological complications or skin problems (or occasionally both). A clinically induced and histologically identical condition is called pseudoporphyria. Pseudoporphyria is characterized by normal serum and urine porphyrin levels.
