The different vampires have different special powers, every vampire has the ability to live forever being beautiful and never ageing, they invite their prey in with beauty and massive strength, however some have extra powers. there is a theory that there power comes from a natural talent or something that they brought from their mortal life. Edward Cullen has the ability to read minds, everyone except that of Bella Swan, Alice Cullen has the power to see the future, her visions are as set and sure as the mind of the decision maker. Jasper Hale has the ability to sense the mood and energy of anyone around him, as well as being able to change it. *spoiler Alert* when Bella becomes a vamp. she has a shield power that can keep other powers out, or let them in. Renesme Cullen has the ability to express her thoughts by touching her palm to someone Else's skin. Those are the powers of the main characters, others would include being able to know every thought you have ever had by skin contact, the power to inflict pain, the power to find someone by tracking them, the ability to sense what other powers are, developing and breaking relationship ties, creating images in other peoples minds, controlling the earths movement with the mind.
