I think maybe by just by inserting the key and locking, dont use the keyfob because that arms the alarm

a short circuit. Somewhere the wires are shorted and drawing power from elsewhere, you could remove and replace the fuses one at a time to give you some clue as to where the power is being drawn from then consult a wiring diagram to chase the short down.

if you can't hear the motor buzzing when attempting to use it most likely your fuse.... usually a 10amp, but double check before just putting any old one in:) depends on the year:) if ya can hear it but not working blocked hose/squirters is most probable:)

This type of light is generally warning you it is time for a service. However, do look in your manual in the glove box to be sure.

The Amber light with a Spanner in it is a Service light. Telling you that the vehicle is in need of a service (Replacing the Oil, Oill Filter, Air Filter etc.) Your Vauxhall Dealer can take the amber light off using Tech 2.

You basically ruined the engine. At very least you warped the head and it would have to be machined and replaced. YOu will have to find out what that would cost to have done vs. junking the car and buying another

Vauxhall Corsa fuse numbers can be seen on the fuse box. The underside of the fuse box will have a diagram explaining each slot and what fuse goes where.

Do you have blue smoke from the exhaust......? Is this smoke all the time through all revs....? Do you get a cloud of smoke from the exhaust after ticking over i.e traffic lights then pulling away....? If its all the time, possible piston rings, if its only after ticking over valve stem seals. Dont see any smoke....? Check for leaks!
