YES. YES. YES. I have AS, without oxycodone (Perc 10/325), I am in CONSTANT pain, can't sleep more than 3-5 hours at a time and basically just hate life because of the pain. Without my Percecets I wouldn't be able to attend college or work. Oxycodone allows me to live a normal, relatively pain-free life. If you're in pain 24/7, then get the drug. If you really do not need the drug to live normally and enjoy life, then please don't use it.

No. Mixing the two can cause you to stop breathing. If you pass out while taking these two medications together, you risk vomiting, and then breathing in your vomit, and thus drowning in it. This happened the other day in the Emergency Room where I work at. Don't ever mix opiate medications, such as morphine and Vicodin. It's a really great way to die.

This depends on your specific body and tolerance to it. the truth is you would probably throw it up before you had enough to kill you. If I had to give a number i would say about 15-20 of them. Some people are probably going to say oh i take 25 and drink all day well maybe their body is just that tolerant of the drug or they have so much body mass it has enough room to be diluted and not as powerful. Taking three vicodin is generally considered an overdose. For an adult, it won't kill you, but there should never be any need to take that many vicodin for pain. I have had over 20 surgeries in my life and have taken many kinds of pain medication. After a couple of weeks on Vicodin, I feel no real difference between one pill and three, but your body can build up a tolerance. Some people like me do not get high on Vicodin, they only help the pain. Others get very high on Vicodin along with disorientation, dizziness, and whatever other symptoms the term "getting high" may suggest. Since I've never been high, I wouldn't know. If you are a child do not take Vicodin. If you are an adult, taking three Vicodin can be dangerous if you have no tolerance.

Tylox is stronger than Vicodin and can not be called in over the phone by your physician. You have to present a paper prescription for this medication. It is actually Percocet with ex-strength Tylenol mixed in.

There are no adverse effects of taking vitamin B-12 with Methadone. My doctor administers my B-12 shots and I am on a Methadone prescription for pain.

The only thing I would be concerned about is the amount of acetaminophen you are ingesting. The FDA advisory panel recently convened to consider reducing the maximum daily dose from 4,000 to 1,000 mg. Vicodin has 500mg of acetaminophen in a tablet, a dose of Dayquil has 325 mg. Just pay attention, too much acetaminophen can cause liver failure in high doses, and serious damage in lower doses. Personally I think the 1,000mg limit is too low, but I wouldn't go over 2,500mg or so.

The prescribed rate is one or two 5/500mg every 4-6hrs.

The 500mg in each pill is Tylenol. If you look closely on your label you'll notice a 5/500mg printed there. The narcotic in each pill is only 5mg, so two of them would be only ten mg.. which is not that much. Just don't stack up on them because there is a lot of Tylenol in it.

I'm not a doctor, but I have taken these pills alot. The 10mg has more hydrocode than the 7.5. 10 is greater than 7.5 The 325 referrs to the acteminophen content. The 7.5 hydrocodone has 750 mg of acetiminophen. People who take alot of hydrocodone prefer to take less acteminophen as it can hurt your liver by taking alot of acteminophen each day.

The reason I use hydrocone 10/350 is due to lymphicitic colits (cronic) My only next option will be a cholostomy surgery, removing all of my colon and use a cholostomy bag for the rest of my life. I am 74 years old and feel that if the hydrocone works for me now I would prefer to avoid the surgery. I have spent thousands of dollars in RX meds that do not work
