From personal experience, I've had a bottle of Ronrico 151 last upwards of 15 years and maintain its' strength. It was, of course, tightly capped. Results may vary if the bottle was not re-sealed properly. If re-sealed properly, there should be no change.
The main types of whiskey are Malt Whiskey and Grain Whiskey. After that, they are further divided into:
Single Malt Whiskey
Blended Malt Whiskey
Blended Whiskey
Cask Strength
Single Cask
depends if it is a single malt, blended, and the beginning quality. If it was bottom-barrel at the time it was bottled, it is bottom barrel now. If it is a very good single malt, it is worth slightly more now, from when it was made, but aging to a smooth, thus high value liquor, needs to be done in its fermenting barrel.
Single pour,,, more like a double pour, is $10 at Woody's Solana Beach, CA
Absolutely; it is quite common for people to vomit after excessive drinking. Of course, the real threat is to the liver.
It depends on personal tastes and preferences. Generally speaking whiskies/whiskeys, especially ones that have been aged in wooden casks will have some form of smoky taste (this especially applies with Scotch whisky).
Canadian Club Whiskey is different from the other forms of whiskey because it is matured in the barrel for longer before being bottled. They say that this gives it a cleaner and purer taste.
Corn, Rye (or wheat), Malted Barley. Needs to be at least 51% corn and the percentages of the other grain will differ from each distillery.

Yes. But cooling whiskey will reduce the complexity of its flavor. If you like your whiskey cold, it's best to keep it at room temperature and then pour it over ice.
The Doors. I don't know about now, but they were the most famous Whiskey A Go Go house band.
Mount Royal Light Whisky has 97 calories per 1.5oz. It is now made by Sazerac. Check out mountroyallight.com for more info on the whisky that has 1/3 fewer calories and 1/3 less alcohol!
Anything clear that you drink, such as vodka or rum has little sugar. Whiskey and bourbon also are pretty low in sugar content for most of the major brands.
The screw on bottle cap was introduced in the early 1960s, eliminating the need to use bottle openers, first in sodas, then a little later, bottled beer and now, good grief, wine!!! However, there are some (bless them) companies that refuse to bottle their beer or wine using these convenient but annoying screw on lids!
Thin Lizzy
Thin Lizzy recorded there cover of Whisky in the Jar in 1973. This traditional Irish folk song was first recorded by Seamus Ennis in 1951. The song has had many different versions dating back to the first version called whiskey in the jar in 17th century.
Scotch as in whiskey, hard liquour has a lot of calories. Anything that has any calories in it can be fattening if you eat/drink too much of it.
You could always make a screwdriver. You do about one shot of Vodka to an 8oz. glass of Orange Juice. And another drink that could be make is simple, 10oz. of Sierra Mist to about a shot of Vodka, if its not that strong you can always add more Vodka to both drinks. But dont make them to strong.
Powers Gold Label has the three swallows emblem.
Scotch whiskey is any whiskey (regardless of grain type etc.) that is made in Scotland and produced according to the Scotch Whisky Regulations.
Single whiskey is whiskey that is produced anywhere in the world (unless it's Single Scotch Whisky, Single Irish Whisky etc.) and that comes from exactly one distillery. The distillery may bottle a single barrel or may mix together many different casks - as long as these all come from that one distillery, it's still "single".
yes but why would you save them they have an expiration date on them usually last about 1 year.
