There is no ice Wyvern mount in this pack. All of these mounts are one person mounts.

You cannot get Commander's robe for free, without hacking the game, which I recommend not doing. Just spend some time leveling up through PVP ranks, until you have enough tickets and access to the robe. Have fun!

To obtain the Frozen Fire Gem in Wizard101, you need to defeat the boss known as the Ice Wraith located in the dungeon called "The Frozen Tomb." This boss can be found in the area of Wintertusk. After defeating the Ice Wraith, the gem may drop as loot, so be prepared for multiple attempts as it is not guaranteed to drop on the first try. Additionally, make sure to have a good strategy and a strong team, as the encounter can be challenging.
