How do you get puppies on WolfQuest?
- u have to go to single player and go on amitist mutain
and find a mate then when u have one u can go to slugh creek and pick a den and have pups ( but i would pick the den closest to hunting grounds )
First you have to get a mate look in all the pinkish ares to find one when you do save your game and go to the next level there you well find that you have to find a safe den to keep your pups in then after you do that mark your terriotery tell it tells you,you had 4 pups!:) good luck ;) youll need it from all the trouble your going to be going through lol
How do you get pups on WolfQuest?
You must first find a mate. To do this, you must go to each of the 3 areas that belong to a wolf, and interact with at least one wolf in each area. When you have done this, return to any area, and you will be able to find a mate. The game will guide you along, and you will eventually get pups.
Actually, after you get a mate, you download wolfquest 2, slough creek, (its already out and wolfquest 3 is coming march 11 2011 and its called midnight pass, to find out more, go to you tube and type: wolfquest 3 videos) and you find a den, mark your territory, and then choose the names for your 4 pups, and see what colors they are. You have puppies by getting a mate. Go to every territory once to look for a male, after you're done with that it should pop up that there is a male there that is not yet taken. After that you go to slough creek, look for a den and it should say do you want this den, then you say yes. There you go, your own puppies!!

There is not another mission after you find a mate, well, not that i know of. ive been playing wolfquest for about a year and i havn't had any other missions come up.

You must find a mate, to do this you must go through 3 territories once you do this their will be a bonus level. This level is finding a mate, with a different chat. So, then you will go through a mission of 'Marking Your Territory' this means you will urinate on your territory. Then after this mission, you will be able to name your pups and care for them.

Added: You can have 4 wolf pups in the new wolfquest2 from a free download at www.wolfquest.org and to save (if you want to know) then once at the beginning with camera going to you, you then press escape (Esc) and click on save. If you die then you can't save any more, but you can play.
How do you get a mate on WolfQuest?
You go to each territory then you meet a wolf in each place by following the yellow dotted trails. Then you meet a wolf in a territory and get five hearts with him/her then ask to start a family.
Id say that when you meet the wolf it would say something above its head. When you talk to it say 'Hello there' and it will mimacate exactly what you say until you get five hearts. When you start the family save the game and start your territory find just the right place to start. Then mark it and then you have pups.. i wonder if that happens if your a boy:> Then you defend your pups and regergitate food for the four pups. ( I'm stuck on it 'cause a bear attacked us:@. Then you'll take the great journey but it's almost impossable with three pups if one died let alone four! hope i helped! :)

After you get a mate in WolfQuest?
After establishing a mate in WolfQuest, you can start a family by denning together. The mate may help you take care of any pups you have. Working together with your mate can improve your chances of successfully raising a litter.
How do you find a mate in WolfQuest?
To find a mate in WolfQuest, you start a new game in Amethyst Mountain. Go to the map by pressing "M", and the three pink circles on the map are wolf territories.-go to each one. You will need to encounter at least 1 wolf in each territory-driving it away or killing it-even if it is the gender of your mate, and even though you want a mate the opposite sex of yourself. You cannot have a mate with Druld or any other kind of wolf that you see except Dispersal. Make sure you have full health and a carcass nearby before you encounter a wolf, for they can drain a lot of your health. After you have killed or driven away one wolf in each territory, go back to the Amethyst Mountain territory and search for a Dispersal male/female, depending on your gender. The tutorials should explain how to find a wolf in each territory. When you have a dispersal encounter-say something kind like "Hello" or "I like you" or something like that-NEVER try to be boss, or the wolf will reject you as a mate. You will not need full health when having a dispersal encounter with your opposite sex. When you encounter a dispersal, keep saying kind things until the bar at the left hand side of the screen makes it to five hearts, and then you can name your mate. Note: After you get a mate, I recommend you DO NOT fight with another wolf, for it can drain your mate's health as well as your own, and if the wolf kills you, you may have to restart. If you accidentally encounter another wolf, click on the button "I've got to go!" and you will leave the wolf without getting injured. Be sure to save your game extremely often throughout playing.

You go to the Three Wolf Territory's (on the map it is pink) and you go to the wolf and keep on saying I'm boss, back off! The other wolf would say the same thing so keep doing that until the wolf says, "I give in" or "You could kill the wolf". You have to do that to all the three wolf territory's. Then after you have done that, go up to a wolf. (For example your a female wolf) You have to go up to a male wolf and say this in the right order "Hello, I like you, let's play, let's start a pack, and there you have our mate! If your a female wolf and you meet another female wolf just click on the saying, "I got to go"!
In WolfQuest 2.7, dispersal wolves are determined by how much experience points your wolf has accumulated. You'll earn experience as you play the game by hunting and successfully killing prey, dominating (but not killing!) stranger wolves in one of the three territories found in Amethyst Mountain, and tackling predators among other things.
Killing stranger wolves instead of dominating them will not award experience. It's also worth noting that you won't be able to migrate to Slough Creek if you're playing Lost River. Both are intentional.
In WolfQuest 2.5.1 or older, dispersal wolves will begin to appear after your wolf has visited each territory and encountered a stranger wolf at least once for each location. Until this has been fulfilled, the only wolves you'll encounter are rival wolves inhabiting each territory.
Go to all 3 wolf territories. Follow the most recent yellow dots, they should lead you to a circle with a wolf inside. Talk the wolf, but leave quickly, otherwise he attacks you, and you lose health(the red bar.) Eat elk/hares to restore health. Visit at least 1 wolf in each territory. After that, just go to any one of them and find a wolf. Talk to him and make friendly comments, like 'Let's make a pack!' or 'I like you', etc. If he attacks you, it'd probably be better to leave. If he responds nicely, then keep making nice comments until he gets 4 hearts. After that, you can name him. You can go to Slough Creek after you finish this.

It's only available on Quest 2. Press 'P' or 'H' to mark your territory. (Howl for H, and Pee for P. Pee works faster than howl though.)

How do i fix a chat lexicon on wolfquest?
How do you mean 'fix' the chat lexicon?
If the game is displaying an error regarding the "online lexicon is unavailable", this can't be fixed manually, as it's a problem with the game server which generally resolves itself with time.
If you mean fixing the lexicon to allow more words/phrases, you can't. The lexicon is updated at least once per month with additions or removals to the current list; Ninja_wolfs963 assumes full responsibility of updating the lexicon list and sending it on to Dave, who uploads the updated lexicon each month. You're welcome to contribute additions or suggest removals from the lexicon via the respective thread, linked below.
You must be playing the latest version of WolfQuest for the lexicon to work. Older versions aren't supported and cannot connect to the multiplayer server; this is deliberate and intended by the team to stop interaction between outdated games and lexicons. If you're playing any version below the current stable release (2.5.1) please update, as you will not be able to play multiplayer at all.

There are no dens located in Amethyst Mountian. All dens are located in Slough Creek.
How do you stop birds from attacking your pups on wolfquest?
For me, I grab the pup the hawk is after, stand next to my partner (or mate), wait for the hawk to go on the ground, and just stand there. The hawk will circle around me once, then fly away. Here's another way: You grab the pup the hawk is after, wait for the hawk to go on the ground, then RUN AWAY! Put the pup on the ground somewhere, not too far away from the hawk, but not to close either, then run to the hawk and press spacebar--bite it. It will fly away. But there is no way you can make the hawk stop coming back. If my two strategies work for you, I'm glad I could help.

Were is slough creek on wolf quest?
There are four dens in WolfQuest on Slough Creek. One is a rock-like den that's over on Saddle Meadows, one is another rock-like den on Aspen, one is a tree den over by Bison (the place, not the animals, hehehe), the last one (this is the "secret" den) is in the middle of the one near Bison and the river.
