Fighting In Smaller Mixed Martial Arts Leagues until you start winning multiple fights then you may be picked up by a Larger Organisation such as Dream or Bellator then get signed with the UFC. Another possibility is fighting in smaller organisation and getting noticed by the UFC and get signed or possibly trying out for The Ultimate Fighter if It is in your weight class or a weight class you can fight in.

While there's no guarantee of ever getting signed, your best bet is to start hitting the gym, find a decent wrestling school in your area (there's websites devoted to this, but I don't know the links) and start working the indies. Most schools have their own indie fed, so that's usually the best place to start. Work your way up and compile a "best of" tape of your stuff, then send it in to WWE. Again, there's no guarantee, and this is a VERY basic sum-up of a very complicated question. I, too, am training for the big times, so I know how hard it is! Become a good wrestler and get someone to look at you.
You need to go to a Wrestling training school as much as possible and participate in largely viewed competitions set by different companies which WWE scout. Check out all the American Training Schools and see which one has an excellent track record of people who have graduated from there, it may be expensive though! Sometimes the WWE send Scouts out to check out the talent. If they think you're good enough, they can take you on board with a WWE Developmental Contract. You should go to a WWE Tryout whenever they announce one! Get a personal trainer but avoid trainers that encourage Drugs (Steroids, Unhealthy Supplements). Good Luck, I wish you all the best!
