The process to move iTunes music used to be difficult due to the proprietary nature of Apple properties. Having said that, there are a couple of options to bring your iTunes library to an HTC One or any other Android. One way to do it is to install doubleTwist Music Player, and have it sync over to your HTC One via USB connection.
Another way is to move everything over to Google Play Music. The catch if you do this is the music you have in iTunes have to be DRM-free ("without digital rights management"). In any case, download the Google Play Music Manager for your Windows PC or Mac. It will then ask where you store your music, in this case iTunes. Once you pick that, Music Manager will then copy your music files over to Google Play Music for you. After that is done, you can now play your music on Google Play Music on your desktop or Android device. If you want the music to be locally stored on the HTC One, you then pick one or more songs (or whole albums) and choose Keep on Device. The app then will place it there for offline playback.

Actually, there are several ways to transfer iPhone music to iTunes. The best way I know is to use a third-party app such as this one (copytrans.net) if you run a PC or this one (xtremsoft.com) if you are on Mac. You will find further info on this interesting blog: http://ipodtocomputer.blogspot.com
just go onto itunes and drag songs from your music libary to the ipod on the screen.
Find some sort of USB chord and simply download!
One can transfer music from an iPod to a computer by simply connecting the two devices using a USB cable. Then one needs to go into the hidden folders and copy the files from the iPod. One can then import the files from that folder into iTunes software.
You must have iTunes to do so. Download iTunes, sync the iPod with the music on and plug in the other iPod. Drag and drop the music into the iPod section. If it won't let you, change the iPod settings to not sync automatically.
