I dont know what service you have, but for DirecTV, go to menu>Parental, fav's & setup>highlight and click set up>go to network>advanced set-up. Here, you can enter in your IP and all that good stuff. If you have Verizon FiOS, Youl have to have a Tech come out and enter it in for you, scince they have a special access card to do this.
