Good question. There used to be a difference, but there isn't any longer. WikiAnswers and Answers.com are the same site, but because of the history of the site, many know the site by two different names. There used to be two different sites: Answers.com and WikiAnswers. Then they merged so that Answers.com was the overall name, but there were two sub-sites called WikiAnswers and ReferenceAnswers. Now, the ReferenceAnswers part is gone and the only thing left is the WikiAnswers part, but it still has the name Answers.com too. You can use either name to talk about this site, but since it has had different names, you will hear different names from different people. In terms of the company, as of 2017, Answers is the company, and the employees who work on the Answers.com/WikiAnswers site work for the Answers division called Multiply.
