A file folder can hold paper documents. A folder is also the same terminology used in computer lingo and means the same, as a "folder" to save electronic documents and pictures.
An A4 sized folder can be used to store any paper of A4 size or smaller. Alternatively you may use it to save important envelopes or other important documents as long as they fit in the folder.

this folder is used to store your used history, that folder should be cleaned regularly, otherwise it may make your pc little bit slow....
When you save a file, it goes to the last place something was saved or where ever your computer was set up to save files. If you use the "save as" command, then you can control where the file is saved. Usually it goes to a document folder.
