At the Magic Kingdom the themes are
Fantasyland- all about fantasy like Fairy Tales.
Adventureland- all about adventure for example The Pirates of the Caribbean. Fronteirland- all about the frontier for example Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Tomorrowland- all about future which it kind-of is now. for example Space Mountain. Main Street- kind of like progress, notice how the street lights change as you walk down.
Liberty Square- like the Hall of Presidents which has all the presidents of the United States.
At EPCOT half of the park is themed like the future named Future world.
the other half is world showcase which has the countries Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, The American Adventure, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom, and Canada.
At Disney's Hollywood Studios the themes are based around movies, TV shows, plays, and music.

Rafikis Planet Watch- about the animals of the planet.
Asia- the kingdom of Anandapur. Anandapur comprises two villages: the riverside village of Anandapur and Serka Zong, which is in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains.
Dinoland U.S.A- set as a prehistoric dinosaur world but with games and rides such as Primeval Whirl.
