If referring to "genuine mahogany" which is native to Latin America and the Caribbean, no.
However there are several other species of trees in the Mahogany family that grow throughout Asia whose timber is used commercially as mahogany would. These are of the genus TOONA. Toona is one kind of mahogany, other than American mahogany.
Toona grows natively in Vietnam (as well as many other Asian countries.)
So, mahogany of the Toona genus does grow in Vietnam, however mahogany of the American genus does not.
It is a question, so it is an interrogative sentence.
Mahogany is a wood from the mahogany tree.
I live in south Florida and have two Mahogany trees and they have seed pods on them right now...September 24th, 2009.
Mahogany seeds can be germinated to grow into mahogany trees if they are planted under suitable conditions like adequate sunlight, water, and soil. However, it's important to note that the growth and success rate of the seeds in developing into full-grown trees may vary depending on various environmental factors and care provided.

Mahogany is a tree, so it grows as large as whichever space it is within. Most mahogany trees are from 40-50 feet tall.
One source of Mahogany might be sustainable however another might not. It depends, if new trees are replanted as old ones are cut down and if the source will last until that tree that was just planted has grown then yes but if the trees are cut down and new ones are not replanted then no.
