If the United-States Presidential Election ends in a tie then Congress has to elect a President themselves, if the Democrats would be the Majority in Congress then they would vote for the Candidate running for President for their Party and he would be elected President of the United-States, and if the Republicans had the Majority in Congress then they would elect the Candidate running for President for their Party or so I've been told.
