For a 1997 Mazda Demio, it is recommended to use Power Steering fluid that meets the specifications of Dexron II or III ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid). Always check the owner’s manual for specific guidelines, as using the correct type is crucial for optimal performance. If in doubt, a universal power steering fluid compatible with these specifications can also be used.

You should have no issues should you use a Sythetic transmission fluid such as Nulon Multi vehicle fluid do not use regular grade auto fluid this can cause power steering pump slippage and or failure
For a 2001 Renault Scenic 1.9 diesel, you typically use ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) type D or an equivalent power steering fluid. It's important to check the owner's manual or consult with a dealership for the specific fluid requirements. Using the correct fluid ensures optimal steering performance and system longevity.
There are different types. Some can be mixed and interchanged, some can't. You need to find out what grade and type of fluid your boat is meant to have, then you can see if it matches the fluid for the car.
For the good price with an excellent quality, I suggest the HT3002 series. They will price between 30 and 45 dollars. This is a very good grade of fluid and will last longer than many other brands.
The PS Reservoir is located in the engine bay and is marked "ATF Fluid Only." The ATF fluid I use for my 528i's PS is Redline D4 ATF, but you can use any Dexron 4 - grade ATF such as Mobile 1. Good luck.

There is no dyraulic fluid in the slk 230. I think this fluid is used on the starship enterprise but I will have to check with "Scottie" first. Sorry. Any good grade Hydraulic fluid from "Halfords" will do the trick. Sean
If you change the suspension geometry (which you did if the shocks weren't the exact same size/grade/damping) then you might have to take it to a professional. There are just too many variables, like power steering, steering fluid, brake fluid, brake disks installed properly, ect. Go to someone who knows what they are doing is my suggestion.
