Susanna Boylston Adams Hall: (March 5, 1708 in Suffolk Country, Massachusetts--April 17, 1797 in Suffolk Country, Massachusetts (at age 89))

I have searched to find the answer to your question, but without much luck, just as I suspect you have. But, I will state the closest I could find: she was a prominent early-American socialite, who married John Adams, Sr. She took care of her three children, including the second President of the United States during colonial times. This family grew up on a farm, so I suspect she worked there, and took care of house cooking/chores.
