From what I see, it seems to be only available for Samsung tablets and only in the Samsung website. However, since it requires Android OS 2.2 or newer, theoretically it should be able to work on any tablet with Android, including the Nexus 7. What you could do is try to download the app with the Nexus 7, assuming of course it will let you download it with a non-Samsung device.
