You mut have a GameShark or action replay max or attend a Nintendo event and get a ticket downloaded then you can go to 8 9 and birth island and mew is on birthisland. PS on eight island you can get lugia ond ho-oh and on nine island you can get deoxys you have to solve a puzzel cant remember how to sole it.
Mew is only available in Emerald (3rd generation).
