To install "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition" on your Xbox 360 Arcade, insert the game disc into the console. The system will automatically recognize the game, and you can choose to install it to your hard drive for improved performance. If you don’t have a hard drive, you can still play directly from the disc, as the Xbox 360 Arcade model does not support game installations without one. Make sure your console is connected to the internet for any potential updates.
Arcade? Probably not.
Oblivion can either be for the XBOX 360, or for your computer.
Unfortunatly, Oblivion is not multiplayer (at all) online, but you can download extras for the base game off the marketplace.
Had this exact problem, lemme guess: you put the 2nd disk in, it takes you to the download screen, you install both of the expansions, you put the 1st disk back in, then you play the game only to find that you never hear about the little island in niben bay, and the prophet outside anvil. Solution is simple...you need a hard drive larger than the default hard drive on the xbox arcade. DOES NOT WORK ON THE ARCADE
Microsoft let you install the game to your hard drive to have better quality and more faster performance in the game therefore you still need the disc
Yes. There is no difference.
oblivion uses aspect of xbox live but only for unlocking achievements and nothing else, you do not need xbox live and to be honest having it does nothing for the game itself
you play the game
It is not a PS2 game and is a PS3 Xbox 360 game
Elder Scrolls: Oblivion doesn't have any online multiplayer, so you don't connect to xbox live through the game. However, there is downloadable content on the xbox live marketplace, which you access through the Xbox Dashboard.
Yes the Xbox 360 game does work on the arcade
I have an Xbox 360 Pro it can play classic Xbox game discs and it comes with a 60G hard drive and mic, the arcade doesnt do any of that.
