Shark Tooth Island
The door in the underground ruins has the password "open", spelled in the ancient symbols from Professor Hammerhead's journal. You push four of the "teeth" to spell open : from left they are the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th teeth (then the nose).
24 Carrot Island
The "drones only" door will drop you into the Preparing Room, where you will find the rabbot ears to get you through the door properly.
Spy Island
You need the fingerprint from the BAD agent at the Bistro to open the hideout door. Get the chef's job to swipe the agent's wine glass.
Nabooti Island
The door to the Sphinx tomb is opened by placing the Moonstone in the ring atop its head. The Moonstone is in Vince's bag, so distract him by calling his cell phone number.
Astro Knights Island
The dungeon door is opened by the scroll on the non-fiction aisle (you need the Library Slip from the Mordred Museum). The underground lab door is opened with a key from under the fountain (get the Password from the girl upstairs in the mill). The puzzle door is opened by pressing 10 of the card panels exactly once each (all in the 2nd row, the middle two in the 3rd row, all in the 4th row).
Counterfeit Island
You get the key to the supply room when you pass the forgery training. You get the key to the Inspector's house immediately after you chase the thief on the scooters.
Reality TV Island
You enter room 4-B, where Bucky lucas is staying, by ordering a Pizza for him using the motel office phone. Dial 555-7585 (555-PETE) and deliver the pizza when it comes.

Press the teeth that spell "open"
Big Nate island
Get the blueprint from Nate's locker. Make a stink bomb then chew your gum.
Astro Knights island
The key is under the fountain. Get the Cosmic Symbols card from the girl in the mill, and press the symbols on the plaque, and the Sun.
Collect all the torn pieces of paper.. There's one on the stock room at the museum, but you need to apply first by passing the arrangement test, after that take the painting fake test and you will get the key from the assistant that's the last piece of the paper..
When the paper is together, go back to the tunnel and match the 8 parts from the drawing.
