No he is not. I've tried explaining this to people. But they never listen. Herobrine was a rumor that the minecraft fandom took too far into reality. Herobrine never existed. All of the photo's were people using a Herobrine skin or just photo shopped him into the image.

Without mods not it's impossible to spawn him. However with certain mods or plugins you are able to spawn in player models such as herobrine. If you can find a mod like this that is updated then yes you could do it. I know there is a server side plugin that you can use but it doesn't spring to mind. If I remember i'll edit the post and add it.

'Herobrine' is a Minecraft urban legend invented by someone unrelated to the game. Since then many modders have made mod that do add him. The developers play into the joke by saying 'removed Herobrine' in the update notes, but some people are fooled by that and think he really was in it.

yes, he still spys on you from the background and teleports behind you whenever he feels like it. when hes not doing that he is building something underground or mining in a mine shaft.
