Ratchet is a neutral goblin village in the barrens and is controlled by the steamweedle cartel. It has a boat that goes to/from booty bay in Stranglethorn Vale. Like most other neutral goblin areas, it has access to your bank/guild bank. Unlike booty bay and gadgetzan, it does not have access to the neutral Auction House. It has a flight path and alot of quests to earn reputation with the cartel.

Their other competitors, the Venture Company, are also widely present but routinely culled by bounties put out on them by the other Goblins.
