There is generally little difference between pool pumps so long as its the same sise
The connection on top is from the filter inlet (discharge of the pump). The connection on the opposite side of this one is the filter outlet back to the pool. The connection below the filter inlet is for backwashing the filter.
You need to regroup your thoughts and ask the question in a different way so that it makes sense. There is no piping in a pool pump. Do you mean to and from the pool to the equipment pad? Between the pump and the filter or between the filter and the heater? You have to be specific. K
no
Pool filters do not get cloged the pump is the problem
First of I think you may be referring to the pool filter not the pump. "Filter" runs the water thru the filter thus filtering the water. Recirculate, I believe, bypasses the filter media and sends the water back to the pool unfiltered. K
I have a 10 x 30 pool but i don't seem to need a pump and filter!
Your pump and filter are rated at a certain psi. To change that you would have to change the pump and maybe the filter.
Starting at the pool first is the static skimmer then the leaf basket then the hair filter basket on the inflow side of the pump then the pipe from the pump to the filter then the pipe from the filter to the pool return The chlorinator sits on the pool return pie at the highest place in the system.
Heaters are usually plumbed in after the filter. The pool filter/pump is what circulates the heated water. Ans: The heater will not work or fire if the pump is not running.
A pool pump plumbing diagram typically consists of a pump, filter, heater, and various pipes and valves that connect them together. The pump draws water from the pool through a skimmer and main drain, then pushes it through the filter to remove debris. The filtered water is then heated by the heater before returning to the pool through return lines. Valves are used to control the flow of water and direct it to different components as needed.
NO POWER CORDS IN THEW POOL ! I KNOW ITS HARD TO KEEP THESE CLEAN SO THE BEST WAY IS TO FIND A INGROUND PUMP AND FILTER SAY A 1 HP STA RITE DURA GLAS AND A 50 SQ FOOT CARTRIDGE TYPE FILTER. WHEN THE POOL GOES BAD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RESELL THE PUMP AND FILTER AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK..
