u dont have to be a certain age, but some pet stors may not sell pets to minors, so i guess 18 if u are going to buy it. if u are too young and dont think that you can properly take care of the animal, then dont endanger it.

In Missouri, the snakes pretty much don't care how old you are -- they will bite you if the situation presents itself.
well if you have your perants give you permition then yeah you can :)
Sheep are equipped with the ability to resist the effects of the bite of a venomous snake. upon being bitten by a venomous snake when the poisonous toxins enter the blood stream of the sheep, the sheep has a natural protection written in its DNA that identifies the toxin and an anti-venom is created that neutralizes the toxicity of the venom and the toxins are passed through the sheep's system without any side effects, thus saving the life of the sheep.

Yes! Some of them are ears (usually anything on the ears except for an industrial), very rarely but it can happen, snake bites, again very rare but sometimes spider bites, bellybutton, and septum piercings! Most of them are very hard to get but if you act mature you'd be surprised of which ones you can get! Good luck!

It would mean the twelve year old has a cartilage piercing, nothing mystical about it, it's just a piercing.
You would have a bubble on your three year old lip piercing if the piercing is damaged or infected. The piercing can become infected if the jewelry does not fit correctly.
If the 12 year old has had the piercing for over a year, chances are good it's healed. If it was done by a piercing gun, then it could still be healing.
No
with your parents consent i think its fine. the parent might be strict (like mine) and wont let me get a naval piercing.
If the piercing is over a year old you can remove the Monroe piercing for several hours without fear of the piercing healing closed. Prior to a year you are taking a gamble on how your body will respond to the jewellery being out of the piercing.
honestly no
You might have a bubble on your three year old lip piercing because the piercing might have been damaged when you exchanged the tongue bar or ring. You might also have a bubble because the tongue is infected.
