I'm sure you could but I don't think they would like it much since they are probably not used to being without Fencing, and if they see that they are free-range, then they will probably be excited and when they run into a shock when they hit the invisible fence they will be very upset and surprised.
I use a Zareba electric fences for horses. They are known to be the best in the industry for electric fences.
They need to be wearing a shock collar, but if they are, it would probably work.

Yes it does
An invisible fence collar will work in another yard that has an invisible fence so long as the other yard is equipped with an invisible fence of the same brand. Since each brand works differently, the brand you are using may not work in a friend's yard.
There are many companies for invisible dog fence. But it is also important to know which companies offer the best products at a lower cost. I know Circuitcell offers better products at a lower price than other companies. I also brought Circuitcell invisible dog fences for my dog and after using it I feel safe for my dog. If you want to buy an invisible dog fence for your dog you can contact it
Horses get itchy, he is scratching his bottom.
Cattle and horses usually have different fencing. Most cattle are fenced with barb wire or board fences or sometimes a combination of the two. Horses on the other hand need different fencing. The best for horses is wood or metal posts with a "no climb" wire so frisky horses can't get a hoof through the fence and mangle themselves. Although a 3 or 4 rail board fence looks attractive, a lot of horses will eat their way out of it in record time. Even horses that are well fed will chew a wood fence. The new PVC fencing is safe and non-edible but very expensive. Another alternative is galvanized pipe corral fencing. Its strong, attractive and expensive but lasts much longer than a wood fence. If you put horses in pipe corral fencing it is still a good idea to put the "no climb" wire on the inside. Horses can get a foot or even a head through the pipe corral and once again mangle themselves.
Yes,horses are very much affected by an electric shock. My friend boards horses. He has boarded horses for years. There is an electric fence all around the pasture and believe me, when a horse bumps up against the electric fence and gets shocked, they react very quickly to the electricity. They avoid the fence completely after getting shocked a few times.
An invisible dog fence can be used to protect your pet at home. Invisible fence is the most recommended brand by vets. Refer to the website http://www.invisiblefence.com/ for more information.

You may be more familiar with the term "invisible fence." An underground and invisible fence are the same thing. Basically it's a buried wire around your property that communicates with your pet's collar. If they pass over that line they get buzzed and generally stop. An undergrond fence in beneficial in training pets to stay in the yard. The fence is invisible to your neighbors but will emit a slight shock if your pet is too close and attempts to leave the designated area.
it shocks dogs when they get near and is safe
a horses adaptation is runnig around the fence line to recognize it
buy a new one
if you open the dogs mouth and stick your hand down it's throat then there will be a reset button just above it's anal cavity.
I would never use an invisible fence. They are an expensive farce. You can train your dog to stay within it own boundaries with one of these fences, however, other dogs can come and go as they please. Fences should protect your pets from intruders as well as keep them on their own property.
no because it could harm your dog and it could die!!
