Why would you want to?? Most chickens are kept in a coop, with a fenced-in yard attached, so you don't have to worry about them flying away.

I agree with the above answer, though some people have chickens kept in a pen in which the chicken can fly over. Also, some like to let their chickens out, and don't want them flying or jumping everywhere (like our chickens). The best way to clip a chicken wing, is to cut the feathers on the outside of the wing level to those on the inside. If you still wanted the picture, I found a good one here (see below).
