Many breeds of dog can have this coloration, which is referred as "black and white (Irish-marked)". Irish-marked is a symmetrical coat pattern where the colour white can appear as a blaze on the head, around the neck as a band and on the muzzle, chest, belly, feet (known as "boots") and the tip of the tail. Less than 50% of the coat is another colour. It is black in this case, yet it can actually be in any other colour such as red, brown, chocolate, lemon, grey, etc.

However, this description consistently fits the appearance of the Border Collie and the Boston Terrier, which are most common in this colour. Many mixed breeds show evidence of the Border collie or the Boston Terrier by having these points in their colouration.

Some other dog breeds that come in black and white (Irish-marked) include (in alphabetical order):

The typical cost of fixing your brakes on your car are usually about several hundred dollars. You can check with local shops to see if they have deals on them though. Could run you anywhere from $200 to $500+. This could all depend on the type of car that you have and how bad your brakes are though.

I am not real clear on your question, there are several dogs that have white bodies and brown ears, a couple that come to mind are the Bassett Hound, and the King Charles Water Spaniel.

What kind of cat is a cat that has a gray body with black stripes and white paws?

It sounds like a Silver (or Grey) Tabby. This isn't a type of cat, but a colour variant of the normal brown Tabby coat pattern found on many breeds of cat. Usually the Tabby is a brown colour, but Silver Tabbies have a grey body, black stripes on its body and sometimes white can be found on the paws, face, chin and underside.
