check the connection to the coil to the battery and check your distributor
Check to see if it getting spark/fuel Check rotor
You will still have spark, car will try to start or backfire. If no spark at all the plugs see if you have GOOD spark from coil. If coil is working then you will find the problem in between the coil and the plugs, probably a distributor component issue. The ballast resister is a possible cause also.
try replacing the spark plugs
Check for fuel, and check for a spark at the end of the plug wire. Check the fuel breaker in the trunk, drivers side. If no spark, check the coil pak's.
your coil packs are bad. this is not cheap to fix. sorry.
if it is getting fuel and spark it could be the map sensor
check the ignition module, it's in or around the rotor
check the spark plugs make sure you have spark and/or your timing is off
spark plugs are directly in center of valve cover under spark plug boots. Follow wires from coil pack and remove wire from plug. Plugs still can not be seen but can be removed with small spark plug socket and long extension.
at one time Honda did not sure if they still do
That means its not the spark plugs........Oh ya check your gas gage...
Why my Chevy Captiva won't start? I changed fuel pump, spark plugs and cleaned the fuel injectors, tested the ignition coils all is good but still will not start. please help thanks.
