Check the fuse first. then check the wiring on top of the tank it come loose and gets corroded easy. there should be a access plate in the rear if not you have to drop the tank to see if you are getting power to the pump. Good luck.

You can't, you have to replace the ignition switch
A bad ignition coil will cause your engine not to have any spark. Without any spark the engine cannot start or run.
the beeping is a factory safety feature and cannot be simply turned off. short of removing the buzzer itself, this is not recommended as it is unknown if there are any fail safes running through this circuit
The van should have electronic ignition, resistors are built into the ignition module and cannot be serviced. The module is located on the left inner fender below the master cylinder.
The ignition timing is probably controlled by the computer, and cannot be manually set. Check to see if it has a distributor, if it does it may be adjustable, if not, it is not adjustable.
Use the opportunity to replace the ignition. Key needs to be in On position for removal.
Key or ignition tumbler is worn. If you cannot remove the key, then you will have to remove the tumbler assembly and replace it. If you can get the key out, then try a key that is not used very often. If it works, have a duplicate made of that key and destroy the other key with the problems.
You cannot adjust timing its done in the ecu
the running lights can not be turned off. they are safety features and cannot be by-passed
For a combustion engine to work, it must have the following: Air Fuel Ignition if any of the above are not present, combustion cannot take place.
Try it in the ignition and see if it works. I sold my 1993, but I am pretty sure it cannot.
