It is rumored that couples that can not conceive, because infertility from intermarrying genetic complication, will pay a English outside male to have relationship with said wife for conception purposes only, will said husband watches for what reason I do not know.

Now it is known that sexual relationships between men, specially older men that are elders is a growing problem, and the long term form of Aids virus has been spreed through out the Amish community, more so in some areas with suspected high numbers.

Do Amish cheat yes, do they share lovers with their spouses, probably not keeping as it is said on down low. As with any group, the high ranking and privileged members, the ones suppose set example, often partake more deviant behaviors than average member of the community.

I can only speculate, that any swinging would more likely happens between couples, than with a single person, as single people watched more carefully by the group and hang with other single of the same gender.

Anyone can be homosexual. It is nothing to do with spirituality, ethnicity or environment. In the Amish community, however, if it becomes known that someone is gay, they would be shunned.
