Since the Immigration police of the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia are linked together, a violation of immigration laws can affect you when moving to any of these five countries.
If you have a suspension sentence, you must apply for a waiver and/or a pardon at the Canadian embassy in order to avoid delays and/or deportation back to the UK.
